Client Benefits:
- The client has over 60x residential apartment tenants who utilise a significant amount of day-time electricity. By incorporating a solar PV solution that was custom-specified & designed by Zero Point Energy, the client is able to self-generate the majority of his daytime electricity on site which serves to supplement power sourced from the grid. Due to this, the client will reduce his municipal electricity bill to the council every month, while retaining his tenants’ electricity sub-metering as is, thus allowing him to reduce his monthly opex and improve his overall profit
- System will generate over 280kWhrs/day translating to electricity bill savings R21 000 per month in 2021, with savings increasing every year as Eskom tariffs increase
- Renewable self-reliant electricity through sustainable green energy at the premises, and offsetting more than 100 000 kgs of CO2 per year.
