
We successfully closed out a project at a private estate that integrated input from a team comprising of an architect, landscaper, civil & structural engineers, plumbing specialist, heat pump specialist, electrical engineer, senior electrician & our specialist in-house construction team to design, install & commission an integrated system consisting of the following industry-leading equipment:
– 13kW ground-mount solar PV installation comprising of state-of-the-art JA Solar Tier 1 540Wp mono solar panels & a bespoke Caracal Engineering mounting structure with concreted & rebar-enforced foundations
– 20kVA of Victron Energy Quattro battery inverter/charger capacity in 3-phase configuration with matched MPPT solar charge controllers & remote monitoring capability
– 30kWhr of Freedom Won Pty Ltd lithium-ion batteries integrated on a common DC busbar for 3-phase back-up at client’s main DB
– 4x ITS Solar heat pumps and integrated plumbing works across the house to convert client’s 6x existing electrical geysers to an energy efficient water heating solution, reducing electricity demand from 18kW down to 4.6kW and reduce overall monthly energy consumption by up to 60%!
– Main DB board re-wiring and integrated multi-contactor control to back-up majority of loads at this large residential property
– Trenching & roof cabling works around the property without impacting visual aesthetics
